Notice of the impending expiry of the anti-dumping duties on imports of finished fabrics of polyester filament from China

The Notice of the impending Expiry was published in JOCE C-104 of 23rd April and the Anti-Dumping measures will expire the 17th September 2010, unless EU Producers request for a written review after the publication this notice and no later than three months before the expiry date
