GCA Laboratory received the Certificate of Accreditation No. AB 110 issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation - scope AB 110, the 3rd issue, 18 July 2006 - for testing cotton fibre indices. The Laboratory received the accreditation on 16 June 1997.

Laboratory takes part in the interlaboratory comparative check-tests:
- quarterly organised by Faserinstitut Bremen,
- monthly for HVI parameters, organised by USDAorganised by USDA
The Laboratory was one of the two in the world nominated by the CICCA from among its members to take part in the American programme of preparation of HVI calibration cotton.
The Laboratory organises interlaboratory comparative check-tests in the scope of cotton testing according to the Uzbek UzRst 604-93 norm.
The Laboratory trains the laboratory operators in the scope of cotton testing according to UzRst 604-93 and O'z Dst 604-2001 norm, as well as other laboratory methods.
