STANPOL - KNITS FOR YEARS
Our firm's activity is: manufacturing, dyeing and finishing of knitted fabrics.

Our firm has been in textile business since 1991, still working on developing quality of its products. The quality is ensured by state-of-the-art machines - in the scope of producing knitted fabrics as well as the technology of dyeing and finishing. We are in the small group of Polish textile firms which posses their own dyeing and finishing department and therefore can control the whole process of realization of customers' order. It allows us to plan a precise time of its realization and to achieve the highest quality of the product. Each batch of finished knitted fabrics is subject to laboratory tests for basic parameters. High quality of our products is also confirmed by external institutions. This is certified by: Öko-Tex Standard 100 Certificate, Certificate of Excellence by Sanitized, license for LycraŽ trademark.

We offer finished knitted fabrics and services of dyeing and finishing:

• grammage: from 100 g/m2 up to 450 g/m2;
• weave types: single Jersey; welt knitted fabrics; rib1×1, 2×2 and others; interlock; lacosta (pique); lining fabrics (fleece); other types available at order;
• composition: 100% cotton; 100% viscose; 100% bamboo; mixtures (with polyester, lycra, polyamide, classic viscose, modal and micromodal);
• dyes applied: fiber-reactive dyes (two- or multi-functional), dispersed dyes, metallized dyes, acid dyes, vat dyes; possibility of dyeing with selected dyes featuring enhanced resistance to the so-called "light spots";
• additional finishing options: additional permanent softening, antipeeling processing, antibacterial finishes, others;
• finishing variants: compact in sleeve ("bag"); stabilizing in open strip ("in cut"); teaseling; emerizing.
