Anti-dumping duties on imports of polyester filament yarn from China

Following to the European Commission Anti-Dumping Investigation on Imports of Polyester Industrial Filament Yarn coming from China, South Korea and Taiwan, the Commission has decided to impose Provisional Anti-Dumping Duties on Imports coming from China at the average rate of 9,3%. The Duties will be applied for a period of 6 months and as of today 3rd of June (one day after the decision publication).
